The PT-Scout Pan & Tilt Head with BTC-PRO Clamp from Really Right Stuff is a pan-and-tilt head designed for robustness, flexibility, and operational readiness. It is made to get the most out of binoculars, spotting scopes, and other sport optics. The PT-Scout’s adjustable drag provides smooth tracking and steadfast stability for precision control, crucial for achieving success in scouting missions. It features a panning handle that extends by 2″ for finer control and is removable for more compact storage. The panning handle and the brake-and-drag adjustment knob are swappable for left or right hand compatible usage. The base of the T-Scout is an Arca-type compatible foot for easily mounting to any compatible clamp and also has a standard 3/8″-16 threaded socket for mounting directly to a tripod leg set.
This durable head comes complete with an Arca-type/Picatinny compatible clamp with a precision-numbered scale. The clamp has a locking lever for fast and secure clamping.
