The LensCoat Lens Cover for the Nikon AF-S 55-300mm f/4-5.6 G ED VR telephoto lens in realtree max4 offers your valuable equipment some protection from scrapes and bumps, preserving its resale value. It also helps break up the shape of your lens, making it less noticeable to wildlife while also making it more comfortable to hold. This cover maintains access to the auto focus and a notch on the last segment lines up with the white dot indicator, making it easy to quickly line up your lens with the camera mount, even with the cover installed. A lens barrel piece with a hook-and-loop closure is included to cover the fixed portion of the lens barrel when it is fully extended.
