Lightweight Magnesium Tripod with Ball Head for Travel, Vlogging, and More The BI234M Lightweight Magnesium Travel/Vlog Tripod from K&F Concept is a versatile tripod for use in the home, the studio, or on location. It is made of corrosion-resistant magnesium alloy with flip-lock leg joints. It has a load capacity of 17.4 lb, suitable for use with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, camcorders, and more. It opens to a maximum height of 63″ and a minimum height of 19.7″. The included KF-28 ball head is Arca-type compatible and includes a quick release plate. best 50$ tripod I’ve use so far

I wish I had saw the other model that allows to rotate horizontal the center column, but for what I needed is for low angle setup this is pretty much on the bang, nice features are the 360 markers, the ball head stays secured once tighten and is very nice to not having to carry my other heavier tripods for small gigs.

Study Compact Tripod with Lots of Features

I recently purchased this tripod and I’m satisfied with the overall construction and ability to set it up at many different angles and heights. It fits well into my photo back pack or can be carried using its own over the shoulder bag. My only concern is the bolt at the bottom of the central shaft as it is made of plastic while the inner threads are metal. If you aren’t very careful, the plastic bolt will cross thread and wear.
good value tripod

In general this is a good piece of gear. Better than what I expected for $50. Fit and finish are very good. The thing is very compact and light, perfect for hiking. Fittings are all nice and tight. Dovetail locks down tight. The legs are very stiff. It works mostly as expected with a couple small caveats. -The area where the legs attach is just slightly under-engineered plastic. It flexes a little. This is a minor weak point in the system. -The action of tightening down the knob that locks the azimuth axis causes the head to turn significantly. Same for when one unlocks the azimuth by loosening the knob. There is no way to avoid this. -There doesn’t seem to be s a way to attach the ball head directly to the tripod without the center column.

Very light but sturdy camera tripod. Large enough to be stable while filming!
