An amazing weekend adventure shooting and editing with Calgary’s own Mike Drew!
This three-day workshop is for landscape/wildlife photographers who seek a guided adventure along the eastern slopes of the Rockies along Sibbald Creek Trail with one of Calgarys most beloved photographers, Mike Drew.
The weekend kicks off Friday evening at Studio 1130 with a meet and greet social evening and some great conversation. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided. As well, everyone will receive an autographed copy of George Webber’s photography book: On the Road with Mike Drew courtesy of the camera
Most of you are likely familiar with Mikes long-time photo documentary column in the Calgary Sun and Herald. This is your chance to go along with me to learn how he finds and creates his stunning imagery.
Saturday will start in the studio classroom before we head out for an afternoon/early evening of shooting with Mike!
Sunday we will be back in the studio/classroom (bring your laptop—Photoshop required) where you will learn from Mike how to take those images you captured Saturday and make them absolutely POP!!
The weekend will wrap up with a critique and draw for an autographed Mike Drew print!

Saturday 10 AM – 7 PM Lecture and Shoot
Sunday 10 AM – 5 PM Lecture, Shoot and Edit
