Platypod 1023 Overview
A varied and versatile camera support accessory, the lightsaber-inspired Platypod Handle is a vlogging stick, camera riser, and adjustable rig-spine made to get mid-size and mirrorless cameras wherever they need to be. The 6.5″ aluminum shaft can either be expanded to 10.5″ or collapsed to 3″ by removing the middle section. Featuring a 3/8″-16 screw and thread on the top and bottom, respectively, the Handle also has eight 1/4″-20 threaded holes on its stainless steel top as well as an Arca-Type compatible wedge on its bottom, making it compatible with the full spectrum of the Platypod ecosystem along with numerous third-party tripods, ball heads, and more.
