The X-Aircross 3 Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod with FPH-42QR Ball Head from Fotopro is a compact and lightweight carbon fiber travel tripod designed for travel and location photography. It has a maximum height of 59.4″ and can support cameras weighing up to 22 pounds, but weighs only 2.07 pounds. It folds down to a compact 14.4″, easy to tuck into a backpack or carry-on luggage. The legs quickly extend and collapse with a simple twist. Each leg can be positioned independently and has three available locking positions, making it possible to level the tripod on uneven surfaces.
The center column features a ballast hook for added stability, and stores a concealed smartphone holder. It can also be separated into a short column for low to the ground positioning. The tripod apex incorporates two 1/4″-20 accessory mounts for adding extension arms to support monitors, microphones, compact lights, and more.
The FPH-42QR ball head is solid and stable, even when using heavy cameras with large lenses. It offers dual panoramic functions, one at the base of the quick release set, and a classic panoramic base with a precision numbered scale and independent locking knob. It features an Arca-type quick release set and has a bubble level for precise positioning.
