Very well made!

Loving this ball head so far. Built very well. It really holds when screwed down slightly.
Great Ball Head

The Benro GX 35 was a huge upgrade from my last ball head. I have never had a ball head that I was satisfied with prior to this. The GX35 holds my camera/lens setup very securely and stable, no matter what weight. It is very easy to use, and very well built.

Really solid ball head. Love the 70 pound weight rating. Smooth controls and extreme stability. Switched from a Manfrotto ball head to this one and would never go back. Pairs extremely well with Benro legs. Wished I had switched years ago. The quick connect works perfectly. I love this tripod.

This is hands down the head on the market. Light weight yet heavy duty and easy to use. I will be ordering another one soon to replace another Manfrotto head.
great but hard to use

the quick release plate is a little hard to get used to but it is very secure and i trust that it will hold, otherwise it’s fantastic
Small but mighty

I was looking for a ballhead that was lighter than my Markins head, and also had a better method for moving / locking the ball. Some heads have two, separate knobs, which I was looking for. But this head doesn’t work that way. They’ve optimized the tension / release so that moving and locking the ball is so easy. The panning control at the top platform is also a nice feature! The ball head, which supports up to 77 lbs, is actually pretty small in person, but I like it a lot.
Excellent

If not amazing considering size, weight price and performance. You just need to get used to the fact that there is no friction, after that works very very well even with heavy loads tilted a lot.
