The 3 lb MC800 4-Stage Carbon Fiber Monopod from E-Image has a flip-lock leg system that you can disengage to extend the four sections to a maximum height of 79.1″. Collapsing the monopod yields a closed length of 26.8″ to shoot at a lower stance or simply to transport. The monopod has a load capacity of 44.1 lb, and a foam grip that allows you to hold the monopod comfortably. At the bottom, the fold-out swiveling base is ideal for video capture because it rotates a full 360 and maneuvers to any required angle. The base also detaches to become a mini or tabletop tripod.
