Description

The Canon BG-E11 Battery Grip is an optional accessory designed to enhance ergonomics for the Canon EOS 5D Mark III, 5DS, and 5DS R. It accommodates one or two LP-E6 battery packs, effectively doubling the already substantial battery life when utilizing two packs compared to a single LP-E6 pack in the camera. This feature is particularly advantageous during extended use of the camera’s movie mode or Live View mode, which are more power-intensive. Additionally, the included battery magazine allows the camera to operate using six AA batteries. The BG-E11 also offers comprehensive vertical shooting controls that can be activated or deactivated as needed, improving handling for vertical photography. It includes a variety of operating controls such as a shutter button, Main Dial, multi-controller, AF point selection button, AE lock/FE lock button, AF start button, and multi-function button.
